  • As a Warehouse Selector my role involves selecting pre-defined numbers of certain items and loading them onto pallets for delivery to stores. I also am involved in the training of new selectors in the correct way to pick items and load the pallets correctly and safely.

Science Teacher | Llanwern High School, Newport

  • As a Science Teacher at Llanwern High School, I was responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and creating a positive learning environment for my students. Some of my accomplishments in this role include designing and implementing engaging lessons that promote student understanding of scientific concepts, assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their growth, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
  • Ran the following extra-curricular activities:
    • Combined Cadet Force (September 2014 - February 2025):
    • Role included planning and delivering military style lessons on military subjects, adventurous activities, live fire ranges and blank fire military exercises.

    • Duke of Edinburgh Award (March 2009 - February 2025):
    • Delivered all levels of training required to enable pupils to achieve the bronze, silver and gold levels of the award. Planned and ran three gold level expeditions, one in Scotland and two in Northern Spain.
